How To Thrive In A Changing Market

When the market is hot, it's easy to forget your weaknesses because you don't have any (deals are closing).

When the market starts to change (i.e. rising interest rates, market corrections) the best way to ensure that it doesn't affect your business is to re-inforce your core foundations.

The four core areas of your business that you can control are:

Here's What We're Going To Cover:

A lot has happened in our business since the great market crash of 2008. For most of us, it required re-inventing ourselves, and in some cases, learning a new way of doing business. We've had to learn how to deal with foreclosures, short sales, low inventory ... and now, most recently, rising interest rates.

Things are changing and we're going to talk about how to get in front of those changes and take control of your business and thrive while it seems like everyone else is wondering what's next.

We're going to share:

  • How you can re-inforce the foundations of your business so that you can generate more referrals regardless of what the market is doing
  • How to get more buyer clients off the fence if you're representing homebuyers
  • How to increase the bottom line net for your home sellers
  • What to do when your competition is panicking ...

When you look at the MLS today, I'm seeing A LOT of price reductions. When buyers think prices are dropping, they form the mindset that either a.) Homes are over-priced, or b.) prices will continue to drop. Neither of these assumptions are necessarily true, or accurate.
